1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by ARTU SOLUTIONS LTD (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). By booking, requesting, or receiving our services—including scheduled appointments, out-of-hours work, or 24/7 emergency callouts—you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

We provide:
• Building completion and finishing
• Residential repairs and maintenance
• Out-of-hours and 24/7 emergency repair services
• Additional services agreed in writing or verbally

3. Quotations and Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Out-of-hours and emergency rates may differ from standard pricing.
• If additional work is identified, we will communicate any cost changes before continuing.

4. Scheduling and Access Requirements

• Customers must provide safe access to the property and work areas.
• Emergency and out-of-hours work may require immediate attendance without pre-inspection.

5. Workmanship and Liability

• We guarantee professional workmanship aligned with UK industry standards.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage caused by external factors outside our control.
• Customers must report any concerns within 14 days of the completed service.

6. Payments

• All payments are taken immediately after job completion using our POS terminal.
• We do not store any payment card information.
• Invoices are available upon request.
• Maximum transaction amount: £6,000.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of labour-based services, material costs, and immediate work carried out—including out-of-hours and emergency attendance—all completed services are non-refundable.
If a customer believes the work is unsatisfactory, ARTU SOLUTIONS LTD may inspect the issue and, at our discretion, offer corrective work.

8. Cancellations

• Standard appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.
• Once our team has been dispatched for out-of-hours or emergency work, the service becomes non-cancellable.

9. Health & Safety

We comply with current UK health and safety regulations. Customers must ensure the work environment is safe for our staff.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled through the appropriate UK legal channels.
